I was having fun.. and thought I might as well make something in Visual Basic so there would be something to put on here lol..
I came up with this Solution.

Usage: Click the SPIN button to spin, it chooses a
random string out of 10 possible strings and prints it out on 3
different labels. if the 3 labels all equal a dollar sign ($) then you
win, any other combination and you lose. You can click the END button at
anytime to close it.
